Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you need. When you upgrade mid-cycle, we prorate to the day—you only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing period.
Is there a free trial?
The Starter plan is free forever with no credit card required. Professional and Studio plans include a 14-day free trial so you can test all features risk-free.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and ACH bank transfers for annual plans. Studio plan customers can also pay by invoice with net-30 terms.
Do you charge transaction fees?
No platform fees—ever. You only pay standard payment processing fees (2.9% + 30¢ per transaction), which go directly to our payment partner. Professional and Studio plans get discounted rates.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your service continues until the end of your paid period. We offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, and annual plans are refunded pro-rata for unused months.
Can I get a discount for annual billing?
Yes! Pay annually and save 20% on Professional ($278/year) and Studio ($758/year) plans. Annual customers also get priority onboarding and extended support hours.
